The property tax calculator was modeled with the A12 Enterprise platform and currently supports the calculation of the assessment bases and the property tax assessment amounts as of January 1, 2022 as well as the property tax from 2025 according to the federal model (including adjustments for Saarland and Saxony) and the state models of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hamburg, Hesse and Lower Saxony.
